1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Poster AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our AI-powered product photography service.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Poster AI provides an AI-powered product photography generation service that allows users to:

• Upload product images
• Generate professional product photos using AI technology
• Select categories, backgrounds, and view angles
• Download generated images for commercial use
• Purchase credits for image generation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete information including your full name, email address, mobile number, and a secure password.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Credits and Pricing

4.1 Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = 1 AI-generated image. Credits include both free credits (awarded on signup) and paid credits (purchased by users).

4.2 Free Credits

New users receive 5 free credits upon email verification. Free credits are subject to the same terms as paid credits.

4.3 Purchasing Credits

Additional credits can be purchased through our payment gateway (Razorpay). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

4.4 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. We reserve the right to change this policy with 30 days' notice.

4.5 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Image Rights and Usage

5.1 Ownership of Generated Images

You retain all rights to images you upload. For AI-generated images created using our service, you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the generated images for any purpose, including commercial use.

5.2 User Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or generate images that:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate privacy rights of individuals
• Include prohibited items (weapons, drugs, etc.)
• Contain malicious code or viruses

5.3 Image Storage and Deletion

Important: All uploaded and generated images are automatically deleted from our servers 8 hours after generation. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your images. We are not liable for any loss of images due to this automatic deletion policy.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Share account credentials with others
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

7.2 Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
• Service unavailability preventing credit usage
• Violations of applicable consumer protection laws

7.3 Taxes

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with notice
• Experience temporary outages or interruptions
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Suspend service for security or legal reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poster AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches
• Quality or suitability of generated images for specific purposes
• Loss of images due to automatic deletion policy

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poster AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the service
• Fail to pay required fees

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion.

14. Governing Law
