Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1. Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

    • Before Renewal: If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next period.
    • Active Access: You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

    To cancel: Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

    2. Refund Policy

    We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our AI services. However, due to the digital nature of our product and the costs associated with AI processing:

    2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

    • Technical Errors: If a technical error prevented you from using the service or generating images, we will issue a full refund or credit your account.
    • Accidental Charges: Double charges or billing errors verifying by our system will be refunded immediately.
    • Recent Purchases: If you have not used any credits or generated any images, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

    2.2 Non-Refundable Items

    • Used credits or subscription time where services were utilized.
    • Dissatisfaction with AI artistic style (we provide free trials/previews for this reason).
    • Subscription fees after the renewal date has passed (unless cancelled prior).

    3. Processing Refunds

    Once a refund is approved:

    • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
    • You will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
