1. Digital Delivery

Poster AI is a fully digital service ("SaaS"). We do not sell or ship physical products. All our services and generated content are delivered electronically through our website and platform.

Once you have successfully subscribed or purchased credits, these will be instantly credited to your account balance, and you can start using our AI services immediately.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Since our products are digital:

• Subscriptions & Credits: Processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
• AI Generation: Images are typically generated within 30-60 seconds, depending on server load and complexity.
• Downloads: Generated images are available for download immediately after processing.

In rare cases of system maintenance or server downtime, access might be temporarily delayed. We will notify users of any significant delays via our status page or email.

3. Proof of Delivery

For every transaction, you will receive a confirmation email to the address registered with your account. This email serves as your proof of purchase and delivery receipt.

Your account dashboard will also maintain a record of your transactions and credit usage.

4. Issues with Delivery

If you have paid for a service but haven't received your credits or access within 1 hour:

• Check your transaction status with your bank/payment provider.
• Refresh your dashboard page.
• Contact our support team immediately.
